The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Yemen is inviting you to participate in Request for Proposals # 9155557 for: Establishing Long Term Arrangement(s) HR THIRD PARTY SERVICES for UNICEF Yemen.

 

For participating to this RFP, you are requested to provide a comprehensive technical proposal against the requirement as detailed in the RFP ToR (Annex B).

 

Moreover, an optional online prebid meeting will be held as per the below details:

 

Bid Conference Date:         Tuesday 21 January 2020

Bid Conference Time:         11:00 AM (Sana’a Noon Local Time)

Bid Conference Location:   Online through Zoom Link

 

Please ensure to review the RFP requirements and send us your representative name and email who will join the bid conference as soon as possible. Please note only one of your representatives will be sent the Zoom link, therefore please arrange send your representative name by email to ohamdallah@unicef.org by Monday 20th of January 2020.

 

Moreover, all interested proposer are required to submit any further questions in respect of this RFPS by EMAIL to Omar Hamdallah at ohamdallah@unicef.org and Patrick Efinda at pefinda@unicef.org.   The deadline for receipt of any questions is 26th of January 2020.

 

Finally, as per the requirement included in the RFP document, all interested bidders are required to send their technical and financial offers (each in separate email) by Friday 31st of January 2020, 15:00 hrs (Amman local time) to the following email address only: yemenpmubids@unicef.org.
