Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“RFPS”) is to establish a Long-Term Arrangement for Services (LTA-S) with qualified Companies for the ROLL OUT OF THE SUPPORTER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY & OTHER INCOME ENABLERS.

At the global level, the Division of Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), based in Geneva, coordinates and provides support to UNICEF National Committees and Country Offices in all private sector fundraising and partnership activities, in cooperation with Regional Offices and with other Headquarter Divisions. The work of PFP is guided by the UNICEF IMPACT PLAN 2018-2021. The IMPACT PLAN lays out four (4) sets of audience goals (for individuals, key influencers, business and government) and two (2) cross-cutting goals (brand and enablers) that will increase our annual income from the private sector to $2.75bn by end 2021 and to mobilize 100 million individuals for children’s rights.

To support delivery of our individuals’ audience goals, we have developed a Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES).  This strategy has undergone significant revision over the past two (2) years, and we now need focused support to deploy it to drive income growth, as well as support on other enablers to our income generation from all audiences.

This consultancy supports UNICEF’s income generation through enhancing the effectiveness of our enabling and market support role as PFP, and through ensuring that SES focuses more keenly on critical income-supporting deliverables.
