The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit a quotation for supply and delivery of Office  Supplies,  for UNOPS AFOC in Herat, Afghanistan. In accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this request for quotation  (RFQ).
