Provision of ICT for Digital Rural Inclusion and Youth Empowerment

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of ICT for Digital Rural Inclusion and Youth Empowerment.

The purpose of this procurement process is to secure a service provider who can:

- Organize and manage activities related to the third edition of LAC´s Rural Youth Innovation Award, including the development of call for proposals, formulation of evaluation criteria, structuring of a jury, partnership mobilization and execution of the award ceremony.

- Implement capacity-building activities—mentoring sessions, training workshops targeted at empowering rural youth and family farmers with ICT4D skills.

- Produce and disseminate knowledge products (publications, training materials, videos, etc.) to capture best practices and lessons learned.

- Strengthen partnerships and networks among IFAD, local stakeholders, youth networks, and other regional and international partners.

Contractual arrangements will be structured as a single bundle. The total duration of the contract will be 12 months, starting on the date of the last signature in the service agreement contract.
