  1. Attached is a document containing the Questions and Answers (Q&A) that UNFPA has received from potential bidders, which you may find helpful.
  2. Please be advised that the closing date for submitting your proposal has been extended. Submissions should be sent via email to apro-procurement@unfpa.org no later than Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 23:59 Bangkok Time. Remember to prepare your proposal according to Section V of the RFQ, ensuring that the declaration and price quotation forms are accurately filled out and signed.

We are currently seeking a qualified communications company to support our strategic communication efforts on prevention and to produce podcasts. Your organization has been identified as a potential partner, and we would like to invite you to participate in this bidding exercise.

To assist you with your submission, please find the following essential documents attached:  

  1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Nº UNFPA/BKK/RFQ/25/003 with its annex in PDF format
  2. Price Quotation Form in Microsoft Word format
  3. Declaration Form in Microsoft Word format

Should you require any further clarification, kindly direct your questions in writing to Ms. Jarintorn Kiatniyomrung at kiatniyomrung@unfpa.org. The deadline for clarification requests is Monday 7th July 2025 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time. All questions and their corresponding answers will be shared with all parties promptly after this cut-off.
