The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks a service provider to conduct targeted baseline assessments of selected value chains in Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, and Ethiopia. This includes the option to propose additional value chains and to identify key actors for project collaboration, such as enterprises that may receive project support. Tentatively selected value chains are as follows: banana, coffee, and palm oil in Colombia; coffee and cut flowers in Ethiopia; and banana, cocoa, and palm oil in Côte d’Ivoire, with a maximum of three value chains per project country. The expected duration of the service contract is from 15 January 2025 to 31 May 2025, during which time the work will be performed remotely (desk-based and backstopping support).
