Design & Delivery of Bespoke Skills Training to Increase Fundraising Capacity in UNICEF

As part of the development curriculum for UNICEF staff (selected participants from PFP, Regional Office (RO), Country Office (CO) and National Committees), managers and talent, UNICEF aims to provide opportunities that will enable participants to build essential project management skills within our specific NGO environment.

This includes exploring and evaluating innovative ideas, developing and delivering pitches and presentations, building resilience, as well as managing conflict and difficult conversations. Further, we would like to support UNICEF staff, managers and talent in understanding and defining their brand.
