Provision of expert advisory services for the Roadmap to Implementation of the enhancement of IFAD’s Procurement and Financial Management functions

The ultimate objective is to enable IFAD to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of its existing financial management and procurement supervisory and compliance functions. Specifically, within the overall context set out above IFAD is seeking to strengthen and consolidate its financial management and procurement functions into one integrated team to respond to IFAD’s evolving business model within a decentralized structure, taking into account best industry practices and practices in other IFI/UN institutions on some of the distinct nature of both functions, customized to IFAD's needs.  

Interested Contractors shall offer availability of the proposed project team to start the project immediately, targeting a starting date no later than 3 June 2024. The contract is not expected to have a duration more than 120 days in total with all final deliverables due before 30 Sept 2024.
