The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Bid for the Procurement of Construction Works of METIP Areas in Kalınören/Anamur/Mersin and Atakent/Akşehir/Konya Important dates and deadlines of this ITB are scheduled as follows: • Pre-bid meeting: Monday, 05 August 2024 (check Annex III-ToR for details); • Q&A stage: starts Monday, 05 August; ends Wednesday, 07 August 16h00 Ankara time; • ILO replies to Q&A: until Thursday, 08 August ; • Bid submission deadline: Friday, 16 August 2024, 16h00 Ankara time; • Reference check starts for all qualified bidders: Monday, 19 August 2024; • Preliminary date for signature of the contract: Friday, 30 August 2024; • Works start: 1st September 2024. Please note that all communication with the ILO would take place via the e-Sourcing platform as detailed in the ILO e-Sourcing Supplier User Guide. Furthermore, when preparing your submission, please bear in mind that any and all services provided to the ILO are subject to the Terms and Conditions Applicable to ILO Contracts funded by EU (Annex IV) , as well as any other conditions contained in or enclosed with this letter, will become part of any contract concluded with the successful bidder.
