ICAO is seeking to engage a professional Consulting Firm (CF) with demonstrated expertise in producing high-level assessments. Explore a range of possible options of climate finance initiatives and funding mechanisms to support countries, in particular developing countries and countries with particular needs, in the implementation of the Long-Term Aspirational Goal (LTAG) of net zero carbon emissions by 2050 for international aviation.
