Provision of Renovation works of the former Childcare

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Renovation works of the former Childcare.
 

The objective of this tender is to select a qualified contractor for the renovation of the former Childcare premises within the IFAD headquarters. The renovation project entails dividing the old nursery school premises into five (5) new rooms using glass walls, an open space, and a room dedicated to Physical Access Control System (PACS) facilities. Additionally, the project involves lowering the ceilings and upgrading the ventilation system to meet the new requirements of the renovated premises, as duly indicated in the attached executive design. The project has to be compliant with all relevant safety and building codes.
