ITB No. UNFPA/DNK/ITB/23/014 for the manufacture and supply of Intrauterine Devices

The United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency (UNFPA), an international development agency, is seeking qualified Bids for the manufacture and supply of Intrauterine Devices for their programmes and third party clients worldwide. 

Your company is hereby invited to submit your best Technical and Financial Bids for the requested Intrauterine Devices. Your Bid could form the basis for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) between your company and UNFPA. 

The result of the bidding will be used to establish three (3) year blanket purchase agreements between the successful suppliers and UNFPA with the possibility of one (1) year extension subject to satisfactory performance, price competitiveness, and country registrations.

We recommend to potential bidders to review the documentation published in UNGM and pay close attention to the following lead times:

Offer submission deadline: 6 February 2024, at 23:59 CET

Questions deadline: 19 January 2024, at 17:00 CET

Bid confirmation form submission deadline: 19 January 2024, at 17:00 CET
