The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit quotation for Establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreement for Provision of Inbound Off-Net Call Services for UNOPS IAIC Project in Afghanistan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this request for quotation (RFQ).
