Tender description: Quotations for the Quality Assessment / Hospital Audit at Mechi Provincial Hospital, Bhadrapur, Jhapa, Nepal as described in Section II Scheduel of Requirements

1. To assess and identify the situation of one hospital covering the three main domains; health infrastructure, medical equipment and human resources. 
2. To administer a comprehensive hospital preparedness checklist for COVID-19 to inform maintaining healthcare services during a response.
3. To review the hospital’s morbidity data for informed service expansion in the future.
4. To digitize the information from the assessment towards the development of a data dashboard of inventory of all the hospitals.
5. To support hospitals in developing action plans and capacity building to deliver standardized quality of healthcare at all times including emergency and disasters.
