Provision of Mobile Telecoumincation Services and Equipment.
The purpose of this tender is seeking one or more providers that can:
- ensure full mobile communications connectivity, including but not limited to mobile phone and mobile internet data access, to the Organization’s headquarters employees in Rome and headquarters travellers worldwide; - provide competitive rates for both voice and data traffic. The statistics section of this specification contains the number of users and traffic volumes in a recent 6 month period; - provide comprehensive support services, including but not limited to the Service Desk support, provision and replacement of phones and devices and submission of billing in electronic format. - provide handsets and related mobile devices and accessories, upon request, to the Organization, according to an agreed catalogue and price list, periodically updated
