Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) China, invites qualified suppliers, to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Digital Services. 

The Terms of Reference (TORS) are detailed in Annex A of this document.

UNHCR may award Frame Agreement with initial duration of [1 (one)] years, [potentially extendable for a further period of 2 (two) years]. Total length of contact is three (3) years.  The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of agreement.
