Construction of a new emergency medical care department building of the KNP “Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital” (Ukraine).

The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Ukraine is inviting you to submit your bid for the tender procedure for Construction of a new emergency medical care department building of the KNP “Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital”.

You will find the required details in the files attached. Please note that the technical design documentation will be shared only with entities that express their intention to bid by submitting a signed Annex A to the RFP document.

Deadline for submission of your applications is April 26, 2026 at 18:00 Kyiv time.

Should you be interested to participate, kindly read through the documentation at the earliest and:

1. Express your intention to participate to this tender via e-mail (in response to this correspondence) by April 10, 2026. Kindly submit Annex A to the RFP document, signed.
2. A pre-bid conference is scheduled on April 14, 2026 at 14:00. Only the companies which expressed their intention to bid shall be invited to the pre-bid conference. It will be held online and such companies will receive email invitation. The purpose of this meeting is to clarify the scope of the project and to answer your queries.
3. A site visit to the construction location will be held on April 16, 2026. Only the companies which expressed their intention to bid shall be invited to participate.
4. Request any clarifications via e-mail by the stated deadline of April 21, 2026 close of business.
5. Submit your Technical and Financial Proposals (in two separate e-mails), by April 26, 2026 at 18:00 (Kyiv Time, Ukraine).
