ITB EMRO 4/2026/6 02 April 2026 INVITATION TO BID NO ITB EMRO 4/2026/6 (Procurement of Laser Printers, Monitors and Desktops) The World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for the attached list under (Annex E) For purchase of Laser Printers, Monitors and Desktops (as described in Annex E) to be used for the Ministry of Health in Ramallah. CLOSING DATE: 19 April 2026, at 23:59 (CAIRO LOCAL TIME) ITEMS NEEDED: • As per the attached (ANNEX E). INCOTERMS: DDP: Ministry of Health-Warehouses in Ramallah OFFERS: • Must comply with the requirements stated in the attached ITB. All Technical details and the financial requirements should be completed as per the annexes E. • Queries are welcome to be received exclusively through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) correspondence maximum by 12 April 2026. • The Financial offer should be submitted in the attached excel bidding sheet format and in PDF form as well through UNGM. (Annex E) DELIVERY: • Maximum delivery time: within 6-8 weeks. EVALUATION OF OFFERS: • Bids will be evaluated technically first, in compliance with the requirements under the annexes of the attached ITB as well as lowest compliant offer. • Offers will be sent through UNGM. Inclusion criteria Below products/offers will be excluded: • Company Profile- • Commercial Registration certificates • Technical Specifications of the offered item • Commercial Brochure having all the technical details • References from clients where you have successfully completed similar projects within the past 03 years. • 3 Years Warranty including labor and Spare Parts on Site • Availability of local provider and service center in Nablus, West Bank, Palestine • Installation and delivery to final location- Nablus • Specify the country of origin. • Delivery period: within 6-8 weeks EXCLUSION CRITERIA The following products/offers will be excluded: • Offer submitted after the stipulated time and date. • Any modification to the structure, format, or protected elements of Annex E. • Offers missing attachments or properly filled signed/stamped document. • Missing Company Profile • Missing valid Business Registration Certificate • Missing technical specifications, brochures, documents, or details. • Less than (3) years of experience. • Submission after the stipulated deadline or through channels other than UNGM
