Provision of Printing Services for UN Incheon Offices in Republic of Korea

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), on behalf of and representing the UN Incheon Offices, is seeking a qualified and experienced company to provides printing services for UN Incheon Offices, Republic of Korea. Description of services: The scope of services cover design, editing, proof reading, printing (hard copies), producing e-copy and delivery services, including reprinting services. UN Incheon Offices comprises of the following: 1. ESCAP Asian and Pacific Training Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development (the “APCICT”) 2. ESCAP Subregional Office for East and North-East Asia (the “SRO-ENEA”) 3. UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction, Office for Northeast Asia & Global Education and Training Institute (the “UNDRR ONEA & GETI”) Location of UN Incheon Offices: G-Tower, Art center-daero, Yoensu-gu, Incheon 22004 Republic of Korea. Contract duration: The contract shall have initial duration of two (2) years, with an extension option of three (3) years, totaling at five (5) years. An extension of contract shall be at the UN’s sole discretion and shall also be subject to budgetary appropriations, contractor’s performance and contractual personnel’s performances. Vendors are advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation. ESCAP reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
