Women in Business and Management- Global Company Survey

Dear Madam/Sir,

The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for an online survey fieldwork with companies globally on the business case for gender diversity and as further described in Annex III.

To enable you to prepare and submit a Proposal, please find enclosed the following Annexes:
- Annex I: Instructions to Bidders;
- Annex I-A: Instructions, Conditions and Disclaimer for the Submission of Electronic Documents in ILO’s e-Tendering System (“eTS”);
- Annex II-A: Certification to be submitted by a Bidder in an ILO Competitive Bidding Procedure;
- Annex II-B: Bidder’s Information Form;
- Annex II-C: Recent References;
- Annex II-D: Technical Proposal
- Annex II-E: Financial Offer Form;
- Annex III: Terms of Reference; and
- Annex IV: Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts (for Services).

Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than September 11, 2017 by 16h00 Central European Time. Late bids shall be rejected.

You may submit a Proposal to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the services specified in this RFP. Participation in this RFP indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts (for Services) provided in Annex IV. Any proposed modifications and/or reservations to Annex IV must be stated in your proposal and will be subject to further review before a contract can be concluded with you. Please note that non conformity with Annex IV can impact on the evaluation of a proposal. In addition, failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP and its Annexes may render a Proposal ineligible for consideration.
