Provision of comprehensive Blueprint and Feasibility Study for the development of the “ICBT Gateway – Efficient Logistics for Africa (ELFA).

ITC intends to contract a qualified supplier for up to seven months to conduct a comprehensive Blueprint and Feasibility Study for the development of the “ICBT Gateway – Efficient Logistics for Africa (ELFA)”, a proposed digital platform aimed at supporting small-scale cross-border traders, particularly women, by improving access to logistics services and facilitating digital trade.
