DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION TRAINING AND COACHING - SHETRADES AND UPS PROJECT – GHANA

ITC seeks to contract, for 10 months, a specialised provider to design and deliver digital literacy and business digitalisation training powered by AI-based strategies. The assignment includes conducting online webinars for 300 Ghanaian women-led businesses and 100 young women, organising a two-day in-person workshop and networking event in Accra for 200 participants, and providing tailored online coaching to 10 selected participants to support the development and implementation of digitalisation strategies for their businesses.
