Call for Expression of Interest: Consultant - for conducting “Nepal Youth Labour Market Diagnostic”

The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites expressions of interest from qualified individual consultants for conducting “ Nepal Youth Labour Market Diagnostic”.

Work Duration: The duration of the assignment is a total of 26 workdays spread over the period of two months, starting from December 2023. 

Deadline of submission: Friday, 17 November  2023

For guidelines on the submission of EOI, please refer to the Terms of Reference. 

Interested candidates are requested to submit the following documents electronically:

  1. Cover letter explaining why the proposed team is suitable for this assignment.
  2. A brief technical proposal in line with the TOR
  3. Detail budget with breakdown by key deliverables and associated cost items, including expected per day rate for each team member proposed.
  4. Most recent CVs of proposed team members with their consent to work if proposal is selected and confirmation of availability for the period for carrying out this assignment.
  5. Brief outline of respective responsibilities of each team member to be engaged in this assignment.
  6. Sample of previous relevant work
