Dear Sir/Madam,

The Asia Regional Child Labour (ARC) Project of the ILO, New Delhi, is planning a research study on “Mapping the Mica Supply Chain for elimination of Child Labour in India” and are seeking qualified agencies / individuals to conduct this study. The detailed Terms of Reference Annex 1 are attached.

Kindly submit your proposal with the following information:

  1. Latest CV along with detailed list of previous assignments on similar subject matter.
  2. Work plan for the assignment with number of days required.
  3. Financial estimate / per day fee for the assignment in INR.
  4. Annex 2 for Companies and Organizations Supplier Form
  5. Annex 3 External Individual Supplier Form

You are requested to send your proposal along with the above 1-5 by e-mail  procurement-delhi@ilo.org by 5.00 pm, on 28 May 2022.

Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFQ and its Annexes may render a bid ineligible for consideration.

  1. SUBMISSION METHOD

For this request, offers are to be submitted by procurement-delhi@ilo.org. You must submit your offer strictly in compliance with the procedures described below.

  1. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

In order to be eligible for consideration, submissions must include:

  • Latest CV along with detailed list of previous assignments on similar subject matter.
  • Work plan for the assignment with number of days required.
  • Financial estimate / per day fee for the assignment in INR.
  • Annex 2 for Companies and Organizations Supplier Form
  • Annex 3 External Individual Supplier Form

 

  1. VALIDATION AND SUBMISSION

The above documents are to be signed by the legal representative, stamped with the official seal of your company, and submitted on or before 28 May 2022 , 1700 Hrs New Delhi time  to the following : procurement-delhi@ilo.org  

 

  1. SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Offers received after the deadline specified in Paragraph 3 above will not be considered. The ILO reserves the right to extend the deadline for the submission of offers.In such an event, the ILO will inform all potential bidders in writing of the terms and duration of the extension.
