Communications Products on Case Management and Impact Story.
The ILO, through Safe and Fair Programme, invites Applicants to submit quotations to provide communications materials, video production services, and communications services producing video and written materials that can capture results, lessons learnt and challenges of MRC services through participatory process.
This communication project aims to profile stories of impact in ILO Safe and Fair supported Migrant Worker Resource Centres (MRC) in 3 target provinces, including Phnom Penh, Kandal, and Kampong Thom. These impact stories will focus on case management, and other services implemented by the project. Told through the perspective of women beneficiaries and the MRC coordinators who oversee the day to day running of the MRC services, including safe shelter that support women migrant workers who have experienced violence.
The overall objective of this communications project is to develop a range of ‘knowledge products’ from audio-visual materials to written reports, to support and promote the work Safe and Fair MRCs. Further these materials will help SAF gain a deeper understanding of the needs of Cambodian prospective migrants or returning migrants accessing MRCs for information and support, through hearing their stories directly.
The communications products has been linking with the third specific objective of the Safe and Fair ‘Data, knowledge and attitudes on the rights and contributions of women migrant workers are improved’ .
Once assigned the service provider (a firm) is required to perform the tasks to ensure a smooth and effective video production process and deliver high quality communications materials.
