REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF HEAVY TRUCKS, MATERIAL HANDLING AND ENGINEERING EQUIPMENT.

1. United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) is seeking for qualified company/ Vendor for the introduction of Repairs and Maintenance contract in support of the mission fleet based in Sudan / South Sudan for a maximum period of three (3) years. 2. UNISFA mission currently deploys a fleet of approximately 58 Heavy Trucks, 14 Material Handling equipment(MHE) and 35 Engineering Equipment. These are located in more than 6 mission areas of which some are in, Gok-MA char, Kadugli and Abyei; around Sudan and South Sudan.Based on the geographical location of the country, the equipment is operating in extreme conditions, especially equatorial, muddy and at times high temperatures with very limited infrastructure, whereby regular and or periodic maintenance and inspections are a must.Proposers therefore are required to provide confirmation that they can supply acceptable or equivalent maintenance/ repairs and specific spare parts/ as and when required based on the UNISFA current range of requirements.
