We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the provision of professional services for the conduction of Policy Research on the Empowerment of Drylands Women.

Details on how to prepare and submit your proposal are detailed in the RFP document. Your attention is drawn to the pre-bidding teleconference which will be held on 06 November at 1500 hours East Africa Time. Interested vendors should contact agnes.ndegwa@undp.org for details.

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure and confirm that it is submitted to the e-mail address provided (ddc@undp.org) on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline (20 November 2014: 11.59 PM East Africa Time), for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
