Description

UNESCO invites qualified companies to submit sealed tenders for repair and restoration works at the Historical and Cultural Complex "Zaporizhzhya Sich" of the National Reserve "Khortytsia". The scope of work includes:

  • Replacement and repair of the wooden palisade fence

  • Finishing repair of external walls

  • Replacement and repair of thatched reed roofs

  • Window replacement and installation of shatter-resistant film (museum building)

  • Roof repair (museum building)

Deadline for submission: 18 July 2025, 23:59 (Kyiv time)
Submission method: Electronic only, as detailed in the Solicitation Documents.

Site Visit: The site visit will take place in on the premises of Khortytsia Reserve on 19 June 2025 and will be followed by a clarification meeting on June 24, 2025, at 11.30 Kyiv time, providing additional information on the bidding.
