Dear Sir/Madam,

UNICEF Sudan Country Office wishes to invite you (ONLY Sudanese based companies) to submit your proposals for Construction & Rehabilitation of WASH facilities in OTP centers in El Gadarif & Red Sea states, as per attached SOW, BoQ & Design

You are hereby invited to submit your proposals for executing these projects as per the attached set of documents.

Enclosed within the document find the following list of important documents & Annexes:  

  1. Section 1: LRPS#9153154- Re-advertised
  2. Section 2: SOW, BoQs & Design
  3. Section 3: The Evaluation Criteria of the LRPS# 9153154 & it is ANNEXE -A-B-C
  4. Section 4: Annex model UNICEF Construction Contract

Currency of the tender - Offers are accepted in USD. Please note that for successful local bidder quoted in USD, UNICEF will transfer payment of the respective Contracts/Purchase Orders to the contractor’s USD account in Sudan, and UNICEF will not be responsible for any transaction between the bank and the supplier thereafter”, please see attached UNICEF Payment instruction for Local Vendors

 

You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this tender by replying & confirming your willingness to participate in this bidding process to arsjmoona@unicef.org Also note that the bid closing date is extended till 07 November 2019, (13:00 hrs Sudan Local Time).

 

Bid submission is optional either enveloped submission to be sent to the bid box located in UNICEF Reception or proposals to be sent to the secure e-mail sudansupplybids@unicef.org  for bidders who would like to submit their proposals electronically.
