New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below raised questions and our official response in connection to the Request for Quotation, RFQ/2019/12193: Question 1: on your BoQ for the solar panel you request 330W with 19% efficeincy but the reuested 330W does give the efficeincy request.please advise what size to select? Answer: Please refer to our specifications. Note: This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below-raised question and our official response in connection to the Request for Quotation, RFQ/2019/12193: Question 1: It is with reference to your clarification published on 30-10-2019 with regards to PV module manufacturer rating as tier 1. You stated in your clarification (a manufacturer that has been rated as Tier 1 by a reputable independent PV industry analyst). Could you please give us one name of such reputable independet analyst?. This is very important for us to know this in order to be able to determine whether our source meets the criteria or not. Answer: You can look for the meaning of Tier 1, its specifications and all information related to it so that you can get all needed and required information. New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below raised questions and our official response in connection to the Request for Quotation, RFQ/2019/12193: Question 1: I will like to ask, when you say all countries can express interest, does it mean that all the countries listed within can participate on the bid, in respective of if your organization is allowed to work in that country or not? Answer: The article means that all bidders/ suppliers from all countries can participate in this tender. Question 2: Under Technical Specifications questionnaire and particularly with reference to requirements for PV modules, it says (The PV manufacturer should be approved as tier-1); could you please explain the tiering criteria?Answer:Tier 1 solar panel is a panel that is made by a manufacturer that has been rated as Tier 1 by a reputable independent PV industry analyst.Tier 1 is the highest (best) tier, and means that the analyst who ranked it believes that the module manufacturer scores well on lots of criteria including:1-Experience2-Financial position3-Manufacturing scale4-Deployment scale5-Durability & quality6-Technical Performance7-Vertical integration8-Insurance and backing9-Service and support Note: This shall form part of the official solicitation documents.
