UNICEF Moldova RFQ 9153393, Electric height-adjustable desks for office

UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their quotations for 30 (thirty) electric height-adjustable desks for office.

Technical specifications for requested desks:

- sit-stand desk system with adjustable height, from 650 to 1100 mm at least;

- desktop size 1600 x 700 mm, with one cable management cut-out (at least 200 x 100 mm) and metallic grommet with lifting cap;

- anti-collision sensor;

- desktop made of 25-30 mm melamine MFC with 2 mm ABS edges, light wood color (ex. "Elm", "Maple", etc);

- two telescopic rectangular lifting columns, at least one electric motor with minimum 60 kg lifting capacity;

- under-the-desk metallic cable tray, fitting the cable management cut-out;

- height-adjustable cloth-covered separator screen, with removable brackets for affixing to the desk;

- powder coated aluminum or steel frame and legs, gray or light gray color;

- at least 3 years manufacturer warranty for the electric components and 3 years for the frame, desktop and legs; the bidder must undertake and offer the same warranty conditions as the manufacturer;

- spare parts available for at least the guaranteed product life span;

- manufacturer certificates of conformity to furniture (EN 527, ISO 21016:2007) and electrical components industry standards, EU certification;

- safety, sustainability and ecological standards compliance certificates;

The attached Quotation form must be used for submitting the quotation.

Delivery time no later than 45 days from the contract signature.

Delivery term - DAP Chisinau, UNICEF Moldova office.

The vendor must provide upon request a demonstration sample for the offered desk and separator screen.
