New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Below is UNOPS feedback against your raised questions: Bidder Question: Sorry for the second question.I also notice that there are two same items: LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn (HP 80A), are they requested for the same product? or different color laserjets? UNOPS Answer: Items No 5 and 7 Are duplicated kindly keep only one and remove the other. HP 80A three units.Thank you.

Could please tell me that which color you request for or you want all the different color cartidges?UNOPS Answer: 307A Three sets of four cartridges (Black, Yellow Cyan, Magenta). 410A One set of four cartridges (Black, Yellow Cyan, Magenta).Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please find below UNOPS answers agianst the rasied questions: Bidder Question: With respect to Line 11 we have the following questions:A typical pack of photocopier paper is described as a REAM and a REAM is 500 sheets. The requirement states 400 sheets. Please advise if this is correct and if so please can we quote for 8 units of 500 sheets = 4000 sheets in total instead of 10 units of 400 sheets = 4000 sheets in total.Please confirm that you require 80gsm copier paper - 70gsm does exist as well as other weights which affect the price.Please confirm that you require 'White' copier paper and not coloured copier paper.A typical copier paper will come in packs of 500 sheets and 5 packs would be packed into a Box. A box would therefore contain 2500 sheets.Please can you confirm the QTY requested i.e. 10 packs of 400 sheets or indeed how many sheets are in a BOX as shown in the RFQ.UNOPS Answer: Paper additional specification (10 units of 400 sheets - 80 Gsm paper density - White Paper).Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Please find below UNOPS answers against the raised questions:Bidder Question: Line 2 - HP CP 5225 is a colour printer - please confirm you requrie 3 sets of FOUR cartridges i.e. Black, Cyan, Yellow & Magenta; for this line.UNOPS Answer: Line 2: Three sets of four cartridges (Black, Yellow Cyan, Magenta). Bidder Question: Line 3 - HP m477 is a colour printer - please confirm you requrie 1 sets of FOUR cartridges i.e. Black, Cyan, Yellow & Magenta; for this lineUNOPS Answer: Line 3: One sets of four cartridges (Black, Yellow Cyan, Magenta). Bidder Question: It is noted that you have requested the 'A' series toner cartridges instead of the 'X' series. There are distinct benefits of purchasing the Hi-Yield 'X' Series cartridges for each printer. They cost a little less than double (2x) the price but have an estimated yield of three times the number of sheets (x3) thereby saving over 30% in toner costs. Furthermore, the shipping costs are 1/3 being that you only require one third 1/3 of the quanity to achieve the same number of pages. This applies to lines 1,2,3,4,5,7 and 9. i.e. Line 8 - 26A yields approx 3100 pages. The 26X High yield version (same size cartridge for the M426 Printer) will produce 9000 pages. So instead of 6 cartridges you would only require 2 cartridges. Please advise if you would like us to quote for the X versions and amend the quantities accordingly except line 3 where only 1 unit has been requested.UNOPS Answer: Tell the supplier to stick with A series onlyBidder Question: Please note that lines 5 & 7 are the same product - please confirm this is correct.UNOPS Answer: kindly keep only one and remove the other Thank you.
