UNICEF Indonesia would like to request your proposals for conducting Market Assessment for Safely Managed Sanitation in Indonesia. Please find attached the following bidding documents and annexes for your references in submitting proposals.

3. Annex II – Price Proposal Form
4. Annex III – Supplier Profile Form & Check List to be completed only for bidder that never been contracted with UNICEF and submitted along with supporting document required in the check list.

A pre bid meeting will be conducted on Friday, 02 August 2019 @10:00 Hours Jakarta Local Time at the following address:
