The purpose of the Pre bid is to ensure that the bidders should have the clarity and understanding of the requirement allowing the bidders to propose the best methodology for the office.

This may become a very apt platform to discuss the nuances and queries, which may be added in the REQUIREMENT to formalize a robust RFP.

Local Vendors will be preferred. OEMs may wish to nominate their local dealers for the same.
