New clarification added: Question (4) : Are the two Diesel generators breakers auto controlled? What are the generator models and control methodology?Answer (4) : The diesel generators are operated manually. Each generators is run and stopped on its own, without any synchronization between them.Gen01:· 808 KVA generator is operated during the day hours· Model Number of Genset is TEKSAN TJ905PE5A· Engine Perkins 4006-23TAG3A, Alternator Marelli MJB400MA4 Gen02:· 250KVA is operated during night hours, but may be still in operation in the early mornings after sun rise, so it should also be takeninto consideration with the solar controller.· Volvo Engine TD12106 Note that no Start/Stop control signals are required to be sent to diesel generators in this project. The facility operator turns on or off the diesel generators manually,and the solar inverters/controller should only follow. Question (5) : it would be kind of you if you arrange a date for site visit just to have an idea of where component shall be installed.could you please advise if combiner boxes already available with you as this item not mentioned in the BOQ?Answer (5) : for the first part of the question regard the site visit please review answer of question 2 , the second part of the question answer is: The design shows four strings connection to each inverter. We expect that offered inverters can accept direct string connections, on two MPPT channels. Question (6) : Could you please provide any recommended insurance provider? We checked with our insurance consultant and it seems to be difficult to get it for YemenAnswer (6) : UNOPS can not recommend any insurance company, during the solicitation process we only need a confirmation to provide the insurance in case the offer wins Question (7): We kindly request for the extension of the bid submission date further. It has taken us a while searching for a supplier with the most suitable solution to the requirement of the project. Your affirmative response would be highly appreciated. Answer (7): We can not extend the tender time

New clarification added: Question (2): allow me to ask you if the vendor/contractor is obliged to visit the target site before submitting his bidding documents.Kindly advice.Answer (2) : UNOPS will not arrange for any site visit ;however, interested bidders are encourage to visit the site with their own arrangement if this will help them to understand tender requirements betterQuestion (3): For the safeguard , Shall we sign and stamp all pages ( including Annex 3 Consultation Questionnaires ) Or just pages from (1-31 ) without the Annex 3 Consultation Questionnaires? , Please clarify.Answer (3): you are required to sign and stamp all the pages including the annexes
