New clarification added: 1-Is Form F: Performance Statement Form equivalent to past experience ? if yes so there is only one row can we insert two more rows to record more POs or only one PO is enaugh? Answer: This statement carries the same meaning past experience and you can add as many rows as you wish. 2- in ITB-section III-returnable bidding form , Form B: Bid submission From, condition F it is clearly mentioned that :If our bid is accepted, and if so requested in the Tender Particulars section, we commit to obtain a performance security in accordance with Instructions to Bidders Article 34 and the General Conditions of Contract; but in Tender particulars it is mentioned that no preformance security required so we would lilke to know which one prevail?Answer: Section III returnable bid forms are the correct form, please consider that form. New clarification added: 1. Question Please be advised in the General information there is a statement: Is this procurement done under Emergency Procurement Procedures (EPP)? And stated NO; Answer: This is not EPP. 2. Question: Also, please be advised in Form D: Technical bid form The delivery time mentioned in the Bid documents is 1 week after a purchase order, which is unfortunately not possible for us. Please advise us if any other delivery period is acceptable. Answer: Based on the project one-week delivery is set. Thanks, UNOPS Procurement

New clarification added: Question: Can we offer only for the pipes and not for the accessories?Answer: It is a complete delivery (a package) partial delivery is not acceptable.

New clarification added: 1. It is written that the delivery time is 1 week after p.o. Does it mean that the product needs to be delivered within 1 week? Answer: Yes, the delivery needs within one week. Qeustion: and can the delivery date be extended?Answer: No. 2. If we have the equivalent certificate of ISO cert, is it considered the same certificate of ISO?Answer: Yes, it is acceptable for UNOPS as it is eqevalunt.
