Provision of RFI Management Software for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM)

Provision of Request for Information (RFI) Management software and related services. The RFI software is a data management tool that allows users to request information they need from others who then provide the requested information to the requester. The software manages these requests, the responses, the workflow, information receipt, storage and dissemination, and delivers a common user interface for all users, providing them with information on the current status of their requests as well as those from other users related to their work.
