The United Nations Global Service Centre, Brindisi (UNGSC) is seeking Expression of Interest from appropriately vendors for the provision of various fitness equipment and accessories, inclusive of delivery, installation, testing and maintenance at its Premises located in Brindisi, Italy An indication of the equipment and the categories as follows: A. FURNITURE: DRESSING ROOM BENCHES The provision of the equipment shall be inclusive but not limited to, the following Services: Design of the space Installation and testing as per manufacturers’ instructions; Testing of the functionalities and submission of relevant certification Optional Services: Maintenance Service and Plan Repair Service Personnel Training service The Contractor shall provide all necessary material, tools, equipment, services, and labor required, including all submittals and certifications. The interested companies shall be registered at the Chamber of Commerce for the category related to the selling of sport (gym/fitness) equipment. The Company may subcontract the portion related to the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of the equipment to licensed and certified technician/company. The Subcontractor shall be a qualified company/technician, authorized by the manufacturer of the equipment to perform these services. Split awards will be considered. The contract term for the maintenance and repair services shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC's sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (3+1+1). The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage soon after the closing date for this EOI.
