Turnkey Project for the Modification of Critical Power System at UNGSC, Brindisi - Italy

The United Nations Global Service Centre in Brindisi, Italy (UNGSC) has a requirement for the services of a qualified Contractor to modify the existing power distribution system in one of its Transformer Cabin within its compound at the Aeroporto Militare “O. Pierozzi” in Brindisi, Italy. The Contractor will be responsible for a turn-key project delivery including all documentation, labor, materials, transport, tools, equipment needed to implement and complete the project and to release certificate of completion as per Italian Regulations After the final hand‐over, the Contractor shall guarantee two-year (2) warranty period for the new installations, and ten (10) years warranty period for workmanship. The required works cannot be subcontracted due to the strict interconnection of all systems, activities, works, certifications and warranties. Works under this contract shall be carried out in three phases over a period of 90 working days. The Contractor shall be responsible for the transport, lifting, crane operation, loading and unloading of all materials and equipment. The Contractor will be required to attend a mandatory Site Visit/Bidders’ Conference at the UNGSC, Brindisi – Italy
