New clarification added: Dear OUT3 - Creative Solutions, At this moment we don´t know the final number of pages, graphics and infographics for the document. This will be addressed and decided during the preparation of the document.Please be reminded that the way we are requesting the quotation is:Price per page (editing)Price per page (design and layout)Price per graphic and/or infographicThe total financial offer in this case is the price per page or graphic/infographic since we currently do not know the total number of pages and graphics the chapter will have.

New clarification added: Dear Prime Productions, We don’t know exactly how many pages yet, but recall that the price asked is per page and that additional editing/design services can be requested besides the chapter (per page and per graphic).Regarding question 2, I think that in the background information is already mentioned that the chapter will be potentially part of the Somee report. We don’t know yet the upcoming steps regarding the remainder of the report

New clarification added: Regarding Circulo Diseno questions:1. The original version is in Spanish, but the quotation is for the English version (this version will be provided to the successful candidate).2. No travel is necessary.3. We do not yet know the final number of graphics - we'll have a better idea as the draft is being developed. In any case, the interested party should provide the cost per graphic/infographifc. 4. Same as response to question #3.5. See the deliverables specified in the RFQ for the number of drafts. 6. We will provide draft images and/or the data for the images (for charts and graphs). We can also provide some photographs.7. Yes, the successful candidate can recommend royalty free photos.

New clarification added: Regarding Prime Production questions:1. We are developing a template for the graphics and will provide this to the successful company. In the process of developing the service, this template can received feedback or modifications according to the inputs received from the provider. 2. We will provide the general design in editable format (along with the underlying data where necessary), but suggestions from the company on how these can be improved would be needed and/or welcomed. 3. We haven't identified any specific publications since this is the first report of its kind. However, we'll try to locate publications with designs that may be appropriate with the sucessful designer.
