New clarification added: Question No. 1: As stipulated in the TOR (To entice survivors to answer the survey questions, UNMAS will provide survivors with mobile top-ups which will be transferred by the contractor and The contractor must provide proof of top-up transfer to each participant and their receipt). Therefore it is not considered in the Contractor's offered prices. Best regards,UNOPS Procurement Unit
