Public awareness campaign design & implementation for off-grid solar products for Yemen

New clarification added: Q. 1. I would like to ask for some information regarding the CV template that we should use for the experts; at the bottom of page 4 of the Returnable Bidding Forms it states that we should use the format in Form F, however, we cannot find the form among the documents.Could you suggest the correct Form to use and where we can find it? UNOPS Reply: Please use any standard format of CV. Q. 2. We are very interested in this opportunity, but as we only want to deliver a proposal of the highest quality and this includes close coordination with our partner in Yemen, we would be grateful if you would be willing to extend the dealing by a few days.UNOPS Reply: The tender will be extended until 3rd of December, 2018 Q. 3. In section 9- Application Process of the TOR, the third point states "Creative initial ideas around how to make the campaign a success".Can you please clarify what do you mean by this?  Q. 4. Please confirm that this is a nation-wide campaign for Yemen, not bounded to a specific region in Yemen.UNOPS Reply: This is to confirm that this campaign is aiming to be nationwide.   Q. 5.  As per ToR, section 3.2 Initial Pilot (January to May 2019) , bullet 2 "conduct a well-planned pilot program", what are the duties required to be undertaken by the contractor?Is it required only to plan, monitor, evaluate the plan, or undertake all the tasks such as promotions, printing, and distribution awareness materials, ?UNOPS Reply: The pilot plan will be aiming selected disrticts in Yemen and will include all promotions tasks including printing and distribution awareness materials in certain cities in YemenQ.6  As per ToR, section 3.3 National Roll-out ( June to December 2019) , bullet 2 "conduct a well-planned roll out ", does the contractor shall implement all the awareness tasks such as promotions, printing, and distribution awareness materials?Or it is required to monitor other implementing partners? Please confirm.UNOPS Reply: The roll out of the piolt paln on wide range from June to December 2019,  will include all promotions tasks including printing and distribution awareness materials Nationwide.
