Description
The Office of Information Systems and Technology (OIST) in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) would like to procure Operations Services. You are cordially invited to submit a proposal for Operations Services according to the Instructions, Conditions and Terms of Reference (TOR) described in this document. This solicitation will enable UNDP to set up a long term agreements (LTAs) with the selected Bidders.
 
Your offer comprising a technical proposal and a financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than 8 March, 2010 at 5:00pm New York (USA) Time. Please note that the delivery of this proposal should be via courier or by hand as the UNDP mail goes to Tampa, Florida for anthrax checking.
 
You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this letter and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a proposal via email to Linda.Musa@undp.org copied Shadi.Hussein@undp.org by 22 February 2010. 5:00 p.m. EDT.
