New clarification added: Question: Can we bid on specific Lot or you want one bid for all the Lots :1-6?UNOPS REPLY: As per the RFQ particulars "Bidders shall be allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each lot and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot. Evaluation will be done per lot"

New clarification added: do you accept only europian origin products or any other origins are acceptable ? UNOPS REPLY: This is no preferable origin, please refer to the tender specifications and provide the compliant product accordingly the pumps efficiency you requested is higher than 70% and thats high for small pumps !? UNOPS REPLY: Please refer to Annex 2 ( 70 % ±5%)the motors efficiency you requested is available in indian products are thoes acceptable ? UNOPS REPLY: his is no preferable origin, please refer to the tender specifications and provide the compliant product accordingly Can you please provide us a brief description of the sites supported with photos ? New clarification added: Question:With regard to the pump duty point, have you considered this duty point with pumps' operation under low radiation, or the bidder must calculate the loss of head and flow under low radiation?(Also note that your pumps duty point conciderd as under pumps operation at 50hz).UNOPS REPLY: Please refere the revised Annex 1 and note that the water daily amount was mentioned and the production m3 /h was put as average for daily demand.

New clarification added: Question:We found in the Annex 1 in the clause 3.6 Quantities & Delivery Locations: Lot-2 Abyan - Amras location the submersible pumps duty point is ,Head 350M ,Capacity 21 (m3/hr)And in the Annex 3- Detailed BoQ for the same pump location is difrent Head 120M ,Capacity 21 (m3/hr).Please confirm us the correct duty point?UNOPS REPLY: The correct is in Annex 1 "Head 350M, Capacity 21(m3/hr)", It is typing mistake in Annex 3- Detailed BoQ for the respective pump location.Please visit the website on regular basis to check the related amendment version to cover this particular.

Can you please update in PDF or Word Document format.UNOPS REPLY: kindly not that all documents are in PDF, excel and word formats while the drawings are in AutoCAD format. Please indicate the files names that you couldn't open in order to double check the issue
