PROVISION OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) located in Leidschendam, The Netherlands, seeks Expressions of Interest for a Request for Proposal (RFP) it intends to issue for the provision of Building Maintenance Services for its premises at Leidschendam, The Hague, The Netherlands. The contract will be for one year with options to extend for a further two years. The selected Contractor shall provide the STL with all goods and services and labour necessary for the provision of Building Maintenance Services for the users’ installations at the STL building. Services required will include but will not be limited to preventative, remedial and corrective maintenance of • Split air-co units, • Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) • Electronic doors and gates • Electronic turnstiles • Kitchen equipment In addition, the vendor will be required to provide emergency call out service Vendor must provide a Profile and include the following information: • Company Incorporated Documents. • Listings of relevant business registrations, licenses and permits • Brief company history. • The vendor must provide a brief description of the organization including size, longevity (number of years in business and number of years providing relevant services, contract with national public organization or government), total number of employees and number of employees anticipated to be assigned to this project. Pleas note that this is not an invitation for sumbission of a proposal / offer. This is a request for expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified companies interested in participating in the solicitation. The STL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI. Please note that responding to the EOI does not guarantee your company will be invited to the forthcoming tender that will be issued. Responses to this EOI should be made using the attached Response Form. Due to the high volume of communications, STL is not in a position to issue confirmation of receipt of EOI’s. Please note that no further details of the planned solicitation can be made available to the vendors prior to issuance of the solicitation documents.
