Please find attached the bid document no. LITB-9142346 for procurement of ELP Kits for UNICEF Myanmar. It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the items to UNICEF Myanmar Office no later than 10.00 hours on 10 October 2018.

The bid document should be sent to UNICEF Myanmar Office either by courier service or by email to procurementyangon@unicef.org.  Bid document sent by any other e-mail will be considered as invalid.

Please also note the following

• UNICEF wishes to enter into (a) non-exclusive Long Term Arrangement(s) (“LTA”) for the goods as required from time to time during the term of the LTA. It will be a provision of such Arrangement(s), that UNICEF in Myanmar will not be committed to purchase any minimum goods, and that goods will be made only if and when there is an actual requirement. UNICEF shall not be liable for any cost in the event that no services are made under any resulting LTA(s).
