Rental of Heavy Plant Equipment for Construction works at MINUJUSTH sites.      

1. The United Nations Mission for Justice Support in Haiti (MINUJUSTH) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from fully qualified companies wishing to be considered for inclusion in a tender for rental of Heavy Plant Equipment for construction works at MINUJUSTH sites. 2. Companies interested in participating to the forthcoming tender are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest by the above-mentioned e-mail address or via hand-delivery to Procurement Section - MINUJUSTH Logbase, Blvd Toussaint Louverture, Clercine, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. 3. Companies responding to this EOI must confirm that they are willing and capable to provide the required Services, and shall later be required to provide evidence(s) in their offer. No documentation is required at this stage. IMPORTANT NOTICE (1) The EOI must be clearly labeled "Expression of Interest” and must be received by MINUJUSTH no later than 22 October 2018 via the above-mentioned contact information. (2) This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUJUSTH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. MINUJUSTH also reserves the right to reject Companies submitting EOIs from further consideration if the company is not deemed to conform to the above conditions. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your Company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation if-and-when issued.
