Provision of satellite voice and data services and supply of satellite communications hardware equipment to the OSCE

Obtain a technically reliable provider for Inmarsat, Iridium and Thuraya Satellite Communications Services (voice, text and data) for prepaid and post-paid accounts in the operation area of OSCE; optionally, other satellite platforms may be required to be used.

Obtain a flexible and cost effective way to manage the service;

Select a provider for satellite terminals providing Inmarsat, Iridium, Thuraya and other satellite communications services, compatible in technology and functionality to the existing fleet.

Expected Contract Duration: 5 years.
