New clarification added: Regarding Key personnel, in the TENDER PARTICULARS section, for position Head Architect the required qualification is Bachelor's degree in Architecture; for the same position, in the document Section II - Evaluation Method & Criteria WE, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is indicated. Could you clarify the required qualification?*****UNOPS Clarification*****Please note that for the position of Head Architect, the required qualification is "Bachelor's degree in Architecture". A new amendment will be issued to clarify this inconsistency betweenn the ToRs and the Section II - Evaluation Method & Criteria_Rev 1.

New amendment added #2: This amendment to the RFP/2018/5526 is issued to:1- Upload the minutes of the clarification meeting held on 24 August 2018 1030AM (Haiti local time);2- Amend the ToRs; - To clarify inconsistency between ToRs and the RFP Returnable Proposal Schedule 10 as stated in the minutes of the clarification meeting; - To clarify the required experience in developing/tropical country;3- Amend the Section II – Evaluation Criteria to clarify the required experience in developing/tropical country;4- Amend the payment terms in eSourcing to include a 5% payment bracket for support during the bidding phase;5- Amend the RFP Returnable Proposal Schedule 5 to include the possible for the bidders to propose an Hourly rate for requests outside the mandate.
