Description

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking proposals from Consulting Firms/Organizations/Institutions for the research project on “Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) at the Provincial Level in Viet Nam”.

 

The main objective of this research project is to measure provinces’ performance of public administration (including outputs of public administrative services and public services) basing on perspectives and feedback of citizens from 30 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

 

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.  It is expected that the contract will commence in February 2010.
